Great news for the four people who asked and the several thousand who didn’t: Flash My Cards is on YouTube now.
Yes. Us. A studying app run by a tired AI and one sleep-deprived guy in a hoodie. We surveyed the single most saturated platform in human history, a place where people watch like a billion hours of video a day, and we thought, “you know what this place desperately needs? A 4-minute clip from us.” Bold. Possibly a cry for help. But here we are, on the tube like everyone else who ever ran out of better ideas.
The debut: uploading a PDF
In our inaugural post, we explain how to upload a PDF inside the app. With words. Words that are right there. But some of you prefer moving pictures over reading, which, given that this is a studying app, is a bit ironic. But hey, no judgement. We respect it. We can make you some moving pictures too.

No cold-open with a whoosh sound effect. No “hey guys, welcome back to the channel.” No begging you to smash the bell icon like a raccoon that’s trained to pull a lever for snacks. Just: here’s how you turn a PDF into flashcards, now go away and study.
(Fine, one small beg. Subscribing is free and it briefly convinces the algorithm we exist. Only if you feel like it. We are not going to guilt-trip you into it. This parenthetical is, functionally, our entire marketing department.)
What the channel is, and what it will never be
Short, deliberately boring how-to videos. Upload a PDF. Paste your notes. Set a reminder so your exam stops sneaking up on you like a Sicilian assassin. Useful, unglamorous, and mercifully brief.
Here is our binding contract with you: we will never become “content creators.” No morning routine videos. No reaction content. No talking-head thumbnail where one of us is doing the exaggerated shocked face with mouth agape. If we ever film ourselves unboxing something on camera, you have our full permission to stage an intervention.
Watch it, subscribe, or don’t. I don’t care. I’m not your mom.
The video is right here on YouTube, and the channel is over here collecting its inevitable one subscriber (hi, Mom). It’s ninety seconds. Worst case, you lose ninety seconds. Best case, you stop squinting at the app whispering “wait, where’s the button.”
